Most renovations lose something in the handoff — between the person who drew it and the person who has to build it. Steinmark keeps both under one roof. We take on whole-home renovations in Loomis and the surrounding communities. Opening up tired floor plans, raising ceilings, reworking kitchens, and adding the square footage a house should have had in the first place. Design, permitting, and construction move as one process rather than multiple contracts. Stage 01 ### Site visit We walk the house, listen to what isn't working, and give you an honest read on what's possible and roughly what it costs. Stage 02 ### Pre-Construction, Design & drawings Measured drawings, layout options, and material selections. You see the plan resolved before anyone picks up a tool. Stage 03 ### Permits & schedule We handle the permit set and county submissions, then build the schedule and lock in the trades before demolition starts.
